Welcome to Parmonic!

👉If your company is getting started with Parmonic, start with the Basic Set-up.

1️⃣ Add Users - when you purchase Parmonic, your account is activated by our system. To add your colleagues, follow these steps. You can also create Teams and Workspaces.

Note: We offer SSO (Single Sign-on) for added security.

2️⃣Add Brand Assets - if you have brand assets (intro/outro for videos, logo, fonts, color, title cards, music, etc.), please follow these steps to upload them so these are available to users.

3️⃣Configure and activate integrations (Import integrations, MAP integrations, Sales Enablement)

1️⃣ Upload a video/audio file or import it via the integrations

Note: We offer import integrations with Zoom, On24, GoTo. If you have Augmented AI credits, you can also import via a URL.

During the upload/import you can instruct the AI to pay attention to topics, speakers, time durations.

2️⃣ Review AI-generated content suggestions and outputs in the video dashboard.

You can also create your own moments (or trailer).

💡Tip: as a new user, familiarize yourself with the Video Dashboard which shows everything at-a-glance and provides shortcuts to access different modules.

3️⃣ Learn how to use the Highlighter to edit videos by highlighting text in the transcript

Note: There are 3 video objects in Parmonic - the full video, key moments, and trailer. Each can be edited independently.

Advanced topics:

• Editing thumbnails.
• Enhancing videos by adding overlays (lower-thirds), cards, speaker labels.
• Editing start/end time of a moment or telling the AI to create time-based moments or trailer
• Rearranging segments in a trailer.

1️⃣ Visual stories for webpages - use the Parmonic-generated landing page or embed code or publish the visual story in Marketo or Hubspot.

Note: We can fully brand the Parmonic-generated pages for you with your header/footer/nav bar. You can also setup a subdomain to use a vanity URL.

2️⃣ Customize and export videos for social media (videos and audiograms).

3️⃣ Use AI to generate blogs, LinkedIn articles, email copy from videos in the Writer module.

4️⃣ Download visual assets for email campaigns.

1️⃣ Edit or download a transcript (as .doc or as an SRT)

2️⃣ Translate and activate subtitles

3️⃣ Create Galleries to assemble content from multiple videos for specific events, campaigns, personas, geos.

4️⃣ Package content for sales teams by offering all the assets from a video on a shareable page
