You can edit transcripts easily in Parmonic. Find and Replace is also available.

How to Use Transcript Edit Mode

Step 1: Access Edit Mode

• Locate the transcript you want to edit and click on the Edit option to enter the 'Transcript Edit Mode'.

Step 2: Find and Replace

• If you need to correct a specific word, use the Find and Replace function.
• Type the incorrect word in the find field and enter the correct spelling in the replace field.
• Click on Replace All to automatically correct all instances of the word throughout the transcript.

Step 3: Make Inline Changes

• Directly click on any part of the transcript to make inline edits.
• Adjust text as needed, similar to editing a document in a word processor.
• Ensure all changes are made before proceeding to the next step.

Step 4: Save Your Changes

• After making all necessary edits, save your work by clicking on the Save Transcript button.
• This will update the transcript with all your revisions.
