Use Gallery To Package Videos

Parmonic's Gallery feature allows you to publish a collection of videos in a modern, easy-to-navigate way.

Whether it's a webinar series, an event round-up, or a persona/product-based gallery, you can package multiple videos in one place.

Two layout options allow you to choose the type of experience you want to offer to your viewers.

The gallery is autonomous - it can update itself when you publish new videos without having to manually update the webpage every time.

Here's how to provide a gallery grouping of Parmonic uploads on a single page using a single link or embed code:

Step 1: Click Galleries in the top navigation of your account

Step 2: Add or edit an existing Gallery here

Step 3:  Add a title, description, choose layout, URL slug, and specific Work Spaces to include and hit SAVE

Hit SAVE, and you will see the new gallery at the bottom of the list. To edit, click on the gear icon.

To enter the gallery, click on the gallery name

Step 4: To add individual videos to an existing gallery:

Go to the upload, moments module, and click on PUBLISH TO GALLERY

To add to the gallery, click on the checkbox.

To classify your videos by topics or themes, add tags by entering them in the textbox and hitting Enter.

To save the changes, hit PUBLISH.

Clicking these tags in the gallery will show only uploads with those specific tags.

You should be able to see the tags on the gallery page.  You can click on the topics to toggle the videos. If you don't see the topics, we recommend clearing your cache.

Topic-based gallery:

You can create an unlimited number of Galleries (or micro-galleries). These can be hosted by Parmonic for you, or you can embed them on your website or other internal systems.

By default, all your videos are usually listed vertically, one after the other. But with Topic-Based Galleries, once you've tagged your videos with your chosen topics, these topics will appear on the gallery page. Click on any topic, and the section below will instantly display videos associated with that specific topic.

Step 5: To remove individual videos from a created gallery:

To remove the video from the gallery, simply uncheck the checkbox. To save the changes, hit PUBLISH.

Step 6: To pin a specific video, click on the pin icon to the right

Step 7:  Share your gallery page by either copying a simple link or by copying an embed code.

You can access the link here (highlighted below):

For embed code, click on SETTINGS

Scroll down in the settings pop-up and copy the embed code

And, just like that, you've got a stand-on-its-own collection of curated uploads!  Here's what the end user will see:
