Downloading Subtitles for Your Full Video

Fortunately, there's an easy solution to adding subtitles to video -- an SRT file.  Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn allow for Closed Captions, in the form of an SRT file. This file can be attached during the upload process, or added later.  Downloading an SRT file through Parmonic is as easy as 1,2,3,4!

1. Navigate to the video you want to work on and ensure you are in the Full Video Polish section.

2. Select The 'Full Video" Tab and go to the Social Experience.

3. Here you will find the DOWNLOAD option.  Click it.

4. Here you'll find a link & a direct download for your full video's SRT file.

Once the SRT has downloaded, you'll be able to include your closed captions through any of the major social media platforms.
