Training New Users

As new users join your team they will need help and guidance.

We suggest the following recipe to help new users:

1. Share this Parmonic 101 article with them learn what is Parmonic and what they can do.
2. Share this detailed list of common tasks users do in Parmonic.
3. Ask them to book a time with the Parmonic team to do a working session so they can learn with an expert. This page has contact options.
4. Create a login for them. Here's how to do that.
5. Create Teams and Workspaces to organize people and projects. Clone a video and let people play with it.
6. Consider creating a Governance doc so everyone knows how best to use Parmonic with your internal workflows and processes. Here's a Governance doc template.
