Intro/Outro Bumper Specifications

Intro bumpers are the first thing your audience sees when they start your video. Bumpers keep your videos on brand and help you build lasting brand impressions in your audience's mind.

To upload Intro/Outro Bumpers to your assets library, follow the steps here, and to include standard bumper templates to all your videos, follow the steps here.

Accepted Intro/Outro Bumper Formats

You can upload the following formats to your Parmonic account -

1. Image
2. Video - 720p or 1080p with unlimited duration for bumpers
3. Single slide PPTX file - If you add a PPTX file with multiple slides, only the first slide will be used as an Intro/Outro. The remaining slides will be ignored.

Intro/Outro Bumper Size Limit

Preferably limit to 1GB or under

Note: bumpers and videos should be the same aspect ratio; if they are not the same our tool will automatically increase or decrease the size but that may introduce whitespace at the bottom of the smaller component (bumper or video). To avoid this, make sure your videos and bumpers are standard formats (Landscape 16:9, Portrait 9:16, Square 1:1)
