How to create a Topic-Based Gallery

Introducing Topic-Based Galleries – a feature that lets you organize your videos based on your preferred topics or themes.

You can package multiple videos (key moments and trailers) into a collection that is easy to navigate.

Example scenarios:

  • Videos for a specific product family

  • Videos for a specific geo

  • Videos for a specific topic/theme/campaign

  • Videos for a specific audience segment

You can create an unlimited number of Galleries (or micro-galleries). These can be hosted by Parmonic for you or you can embed them on your website or other internal systems.

By default, all your videos are usually listed vertically, one after the other. But with Topic-Based Galleries, once you've tagged your videos with your chosen topics, these topics will appear on the gallery page. Click on any topic, and the section below will instantly display videos associated with that specific topic.

How to create a topic topic-based gallery?

Step 1: Click on the gear icon of the video

Step 2: Add a relevant tag to the 'Gallery tags' section

Step 3: Publish the video to the gallery

Step 4: Go to 'Galleries' from the avatar at the top right corner of your account and open the relevant gallery page. You should be able to see the tags on the gallery page.  You can click on the topics to toggle the videos. If you don't see the topics, we recommend clearing your cache.
