A common use case for marketers is to be able to create content for a sales email that your sales team can send using their tools (Outlook, Gmail, SalesLoft, Outreach.io, etc.). Some Parmonic users also make the content available in a Word doc (or Google Doc) or PDF format. You can also follow the instructions below to send an Outlook/Gmail message to sellers that they can then forward. Or, you may want to save the email message as an OFT file and provide that to your sales team.
You might want to create a Microsoft Outlook email that your sales team can use for 1:1 outreach.
Parmonic makes it incredibly easy to do this.
2. In the Moments Area, click the Email Tab.
3. Select the Moments you'd like to highlight via email
4. Clicking CREATE will auto-create a landing page.
Your landing page features your brand settings which can be uploaded or changed here.
Conversely, if you'd rather use your own landing page as the destination, simply click on the drop down and paste that URL into the blank.

5. Once satisfied with your settings, click CREATE so our engine can create the body of an email for you
6. Select PREVIEW EMAIL HTML EMBED CODE to see what it'll look like.
7. Copy the code and paste it into your outgoing email platform. Even in ones that say they don't accept HTML (It works, we promise!).
