The goal of the Onboarding call is to train the primary users. Your homework after the call is to create a munchable and use it in one of your marketing touchpoints.
A week or so after the Onboarding call, our team will follow-up with you to ensure you are not running into any issues and will help you address any blockers.
To make the follow-up successful it's important that you test the outputs from Parmonic and make sure your new workflow is working.
During your first month Parmonic will reach out to you weekly (or on an agreed-upon frequency) so we can set you up for success.
In months 2 and 3, you will be asked to participate in a monthly happiness call so we can proactively help you learn and deploy Parmonic.
