Responsible for onboarding & adoption, the Product Happiness Specialist will train you and work with you to ensure success. These specialist have direct access to our product team so they can relay your feedback, request new features and answer technical questions. They conduct Quarterly Planning Calls to help you learn about how best to use Parmonic based on your goals.
Parmonic Happiness Manager
Your Parmonic Happiness Manager is your relationship manager responsible for health of your account and handles all matters related to licensing, renewals, etc..
