The key people involved with Parmonic on your side might consist of:
- Executive Sponsor - is the internal sponsor of this initiative at your company
- Champion - is responsible for day-to-day ownership of Parmonic
- Primary Users - are people who will use Parmonic on a regular basis
- Supporters - are people who may not use Parmonic directly but offer support from the brand or operations side
- Observers - are people who will not be using Parmonic but are part of your organization and need exposure to Parmonic
Primary Users of Parmonic fall into one (or more) of the following roles:
- Producer - hosts webinars, events; has access to the recordings
- Editor - reviews content created in Parmonic; creates new content in Parmonic
- Publisher - takes outputs from Parmonic and places them in other channels (web, email, social, etc.)
At some companies, a marketer might have responsibilities for all three roles; at other companies a marketer might be responsible for only one role.
Key considerations:
Who has access to the various tools where outputs from Parmonic will be used?
Do you rely on your team or other teams (like Marketing Ops or in some cases an external agency)?
Each user must be trained based on the role they will play.
