Please note that live support is available during our business hours (US Eastern Time Zone 8 am - 6 pm).
For users not located in the United States, we provide live support in the user's time zone via a scheduled call if the user needs help outside of our business hours.
Our support SLA is 24 hours for standard support requests. For urgent/critical requests, the SLA is 2 hours if a request is received within business hours.
