Create a promotional ad before your webinar/event even takes place using Parmonic's Promo Ad Generator.
Our tool allows you to take an event description and automatically convert it into an MP4 and GIF for use on social media, in an email campaign, or right next to your form on your registration page. This will increase the chance that you catch your audience's eye before your webinar even takes place and get them to tune into the event itself.
To get started, take your existing event description and format it in your corporate PowerPoint template using the following guidance:
- Slide 1 - Title of the webinar/company logo
- Slide 2 - Bullet Point #1 that the webinar will cover
- Slide 3 - Bullet Point #2 that the webinar will cover
- Slide 4 - Bullet Point #3 that the webinar will cover
- Slide 5 - Bullet Point #4 that the webinar will cover
- Slide 6 - Primary presenter name and image
- Slide 7 - Call to action (Webinar date and time)
Here are some tips to keep in mind:
IMPORTANT - Readability
Font Size - Having a larger than usual font size (i.e., 60 point font) is important when creating a Promo Ad to ensure readability for viewers watching on a mobile device or through a social media platform. Remember: most media players aren't full screen, in fact, most are roughly a third of the size (approximately, 525X275 pixels). If you need to add a sub-line, use font size of 40.
Words Per Slide - Because your viewer has a limited amount of real-estate to receive your message, we suggest keeping your word count to around 10 words per slide.
Duration
Number of Slides - Try to restrict yourself from including too many slides in your Promo Ad. We recommend 5 to 8 slides per Promo Ad. Each slide should be an average of 4 seconds long, establishing a Promo Ad approximately thirty seconds in length.
You can add images or backgrounds your slides too. By letting marketers use PowerPoint for text/design changes we ease the creative burden on you and let our technology do the heavy lifting by extracting elements from the slides and applying special effects to create video frames.
