Downloading a Moment

Parmonic allows you to download short video moments from long videos and then upload them natively onto whichever platform you want.


To download a moment,


Step 1: Go to the Moments tile of the video for which you want to download moments.


Step 2: Click on the download icon (highlighted) of the moment you want to download.


Step 3: This will bring up download options

  • Download only the video (.mp4 file)
  • Download only the subtitles (.srt) file (English + foreign languages)


Click on the DOWNLOAD button to start the download.


If you are downloading the moment for socials and need more options,


Step 1: Go to 'Socials & Downloads' from the video dashboard


Step 2: Click on the Download icon


Step 3: This will bring up download options

  • Download only the video (.mp4 file)
  • Download only the subtitles (.srt) file (English + foreign languages)
  • Download automated bumpered video (.mp4 file)
  • Download automated subtitle (.srt) file

Choose from the desired options and click on Download.
