Renewal Process

The last quarter of your annual customer journey with Parmonic includes an important milestone - the renewal.

Your Parmonic Happiness Manager will contact you 90 days before the renewal to provide renewal options. Based on your contract duration & terms, we will provide the necessary renewal forms and invoices per completion of agreement forms.

To avoid disruption in service please complete the renewal process in time.

If you are not happy with Parmonic, please let our team know. We will either help turn things around and help you get over obstacles, or if Parmonic is not a fit for you we will provide offboarding instructions so you can close your account.
