Zoom Recordings Integration Setup

In addition to our Zoom Webinar Recordings, we now offer individuals to upload their personal Zoom Recordings to Parmonic.

What You Need:

  1. A user with all of the following:
      • Admin access in Parmonic
      • Optional: admin access to the Zoom account to configure cloud recording settings.
  2. A Zoom plan with Cloud Recordings enabled.

Setting up Zoom Integration:

Unlike other Parmonic integrations, the Zoom Recordings integration is a user-level integration. This means every Parmonic user that wants to import their Zoom recordings will need to set this integration up.

In Parmonic:

  1. Go to Settings → Integrations
      • Click on the Connect button next to Zoom Recordings and follow the instructions. You will be redirected to Zoom to authorize Parmonic.

In Zoom:

  1. Go to Zoom cloud recording settings (Settings → Recordings)
  2. Select the following:
      • Record gallery view with shared screen
      • Record active speaker, gallery view, and shared screen separately
        • Gallery view
        • Shared Screen

Removing Parmonic from your Zoom Account:


  1. Login to your Zoom Account and navigate to the Zoom App Marketplace.
  2. Click Manage >> Added Apps or search for the "Parmonic" app.
  3. Click the "Parmonic" app.
  4. Click Remove.
