Create a Blog from Multiple Videos
This feature of our writer module allows you turn multiple videos into a single, cohesive blog post. By analyzing up to 12 hours of combined video content, it identifies shared themes and builds a structured article focused on the most important topics.
What You Can Do
- Combine insights from multiple videos into one blog
- Extract and organize content around specific topics
- Turn a video series into a unified written piece
- Highlight recurring ideas, themes, or lessons
You can use this feature in many ways
- Turn a webinar series into a single blog post
- Combine multiple training videos into a guide
- Create a thought leadership article from panel discussions
- Summarize recurring themes from a content series
Tip: Narrow topics lead to clearer and more actionable blogs and using related videos with overlapping themes produce a stronger, more cohesive output.
If you haven’t created a blog style yet, start by defining one. This sets the tone, structure, and voice for your blog. See step-by-step instructions here.
Step 1: Go to the Writer module
Click the Writer button on the upper left side of the screen. The Writer drafts list shows all the videos you have access to.

Step 2: Start a new draft
Click 'NEW DRAFT' to create a new blog.

Step 3: Select your videos
Choose up to 12 hours of video by clicking on the boxes on the left side of each video.

Selected videos will appear at the top for easy reference. The total selected time will be shown in the upper right corner. Use the search bar to find videos. If you’re an admin, you can search across workspaces. Continue to the next step by clicking on 'NEXT'.

Step 4: Choose a blog style
Select a style for your blog. If you have a personalized blog style saved in your assets, it will appear here. You can also manage templates by clicking Manage templates.
Step 5: Select topics
Choose topics from the outline. You can select as many as you'd like.

Step 6: Enter your prompt
Provide instructions for your blog. The more specific your prompt, the more accurate the output.
You can:
- Use the pre-created prompt
- Customize it by clicking EDIT
- Revert changes with RRESET TO SYSTEM

When you are done, click on 'NEXT'
Step 7: Review and edit the outline
The system will generate an outline based on your inputs. You can edit and customize it using the tools at the top of the editor. The selected videos will appear on the right side for reference. Click NEXT when you're ready.

Step 8: Generate and refine your draft
The system will create your blog draft (this may take a few minutes). You can edit the title and body directly. To rewrite a section, highlight the text and click Rewrite. Once you're satisfied, click 'SAVE' and download your blog.
