How to Remove Portions of Silence in the Editor

You can select, edit, and trim specific portions of silence within your video, giving you more precise control over timing and pacing. Instead of being limited to selecting an entire silence segment, you can choose exactly the part you want to shorten, delete, or modify.

To get started, locate and open the project.

Step 1: In the 'Full video', click on 'edit'

Step 2: In the new page, click on 'EDIT' again.

Step 3: Locate the silence segment. Click and hold your mouse button on the marker, drag it to the exact point where you want the marker. Each dot is one second.

You can preview the video to review the changes, move the timeline marker to refine and adjust the silence portion as many times as needed until you’re satisfied with the result.
