Setting Up Zoom Integration

Parmonic automatically fetches recordings from Zoom with our new integration. This is an efficient and effective way to get your content from Zoom and into Parmonic for easy distribution along multiple channels.

Set up the Zoom integration

In Zoom,

1. Go to Zoom cloud recording settings (Settings → Recordings) and select the following:
   1. Record gallery view with shared screen
   2. Record active speaker, gallery view and shared screen separately
      1. Gallery view
      2. Shared Screen

In Parmonic,

Step 1: Go to Settings in the dropdown under your username/avatar.

Step 2: Go to the tab labeled Integrations. Locate Zoom and click on connect.

And that's it.  In just a few easy steps you've got an efficient and effective way to get your content from Zoom and into Parmonic for easy distribution along multiple channels.

The Results

Once everything is set up, pressing the +ADD button gives you an 'Add A New Video' window with a new option to import directly from Zoom, streamlining your workflow.

Remove the Zoom integration

Removing the Zoom integration will remove the ability to import recordings from your Zoom account. Recordings imported into Zoom will need to be manually deleted from Parmonic.

Remove the integration from Parmonic:

1. In Parmonic, go to Settings >> Integrations
2. Click on the Disconnect button below the Zoom icon.

This will remove the Zoom integration from Parmonic and remove Parmonic from your Zoom account.

Remove the integration from Zoom:

You may also remove the integration from Zoom with the following steps:

1. Log in to your Zoom Account and navigate to the Zoom App Marketplace.
2. Click Manage>>Added Apps or search for the "Parmonic" app.
3. Click the "Parmonic" app.
4. Click Remove.

This will remove Parmonic from your Zoom account and the Zoom integration from Parmonic.
