Setting Up On24 Integration

How it works:

Parmonic automatically fetches recordings from ON24 with our new integration. This is an efficient and effective way to get your content from On24 and into Parmonic for easy distribution along multiple channels.

In On24

1. Go to Analytics → API Dashboard
2. Click on Provision a New API Access Token
3. Select "Account-level Analytics endpoints"
4. Click on Provision
5. A new token will be created. Change its name from "Token 1" to "Parmonic"
6. Take note of the following values: "Client ID", "Token Key", "Token Secret"

In Parmonic

Step 1: Go to Settings in the dropdown under your username/avatar.

Step 2: Click on the Connect button next to On24

Step 3: Fill the form with On24 API token information

And that's it.  In just a few steps you've got an efficient and effective way to get your content from On24 and into Parmonic for easy distribution along multiple channels.

The Results

Once everything is set up, you'll see a new Webinar Upload window with a new option to Import directly from On24, streamlining your workflow.
