Supported Video Types

Users upload a wide variety of informative videos into Parmonic as illustrated below.

Based on the use case, you can process videos of almost any length.

Videos must have some audio (spoken words) in order for Parmonic to successfully process them. It can process a video that has spoken words and music but it cannot process a video that only has music or silence for the entire duration.

Supported file type for uploads - MP4

If you have a video file that is not in MP4 format please contact us so we can convert it for you and process it.

Duration - no limits.

File size - max 10 GB for self-upload.

If you have a file larger than 10 GB, please contact us and we'll give you special instructions to upload.
