Viewers often have questions about the content in a video. There are usually two scenarios -

1. A viewer has watched a video and wants info on things that were touched on in the video.
2. A viewer wants to ask questions about specific topics without watching the video.

We're experimenting with the ability to let Parmonic users (you) and your audience (viewers) interact with videos and ask questions.
