Fair-Use Policies

Parmonic subscription and plans comes with certain fair-use policies. Please reach out if you have any questions or need any exceptions.


Our Standard contracts are applicable only to direct customers - not resellers, partners or marketing agencies that use Parmonic to serve customers that Parmonic does not have a direct relationship with. If you use Parmonic as a reseller, partner or marketing agency you must have a partnership agreement in place with us.


The fair-use monthly bandwidth cap is 1 TB per month per customer. This covers most of our customers. If you need additional bandwidth, please contact us for pricing.


The fair-use storage cap is 2.5 TB per customer. That's almost 10,000 Zoom webinar recordings.


Unlimited plans cap AI uploads to 500 per customer per year. Once you approach that limit, your account will automatically get additional AI credits after a brief review.


Customers on unlimited plans can use Parmonic to generate unlimited outputs and can upload any number of videos for marketing or training purposes.


Uploading a significantly large number of call recordings not meant for marketing or training purposes may be a violation of the fair-use policy. Please reach out to us if you need to parse a large number (>100) of internal calls per year.


As part of our legal compliance, we periodically audit content to ensure no unprofessional or offensive videos are uploaded into Parmonic. As stated in our contracts, we reserve the right to delete objectionable material or suspend accounts that upload offensive content.
