Setting Up Zuddl Integration

The Parmonic integration with Zuddl allows you to get the most out of your events and webinars by easily transferring these recordings from your Zuddl dashboard to your Parmonic dashboard. You can transform your event or webinars into bite-sized content like - short videos, gifs, and text and use them on landing pages, blogs, emails, or the marketing platform of your choice.

Zuddl Instructions


  1. Email support@zuddl.com and provide the following details for Zuddl's customer success team will create a Parmonic account for you
    • Organization Name: The name of your organization in Zuddl
    • Organization ID: This will be provided by Zuddl's customer support team

  1. After your Parmonic account is created, you'll see a "Go to Parmonic" button on the integration page in Zuddl (see screenshot below). Clicking this button for the first time will automatically create a user for you in Parmonic and grant you access to your Parmonic dashboard.

You can also click on the 'Go to Parmonic' option on the recording page as shown below.

To start sending your recordings to your Parmonic account after enabling the integration, follow these steps:


  1. Navigate to a session recording in either the event setup dashboard or the common dashboard in Zuddl.

  1. Expand the session recording and locate the "more options" button.

  1. Click the "more options" button, then select the "Push to Parmonic" option. You will be redirected to the Parmonic dashboard.

  1. On your Parmonic dashboard, add the following details and click Next
    • Video Title: By default, the recording takes the session recording name set in Zuddl.
    • Video Language: Language of the incoming audio. Defaults to US English.

  1. Select the AI radio button and click Next.

  1. Choose your settings for video in the Glamorizer step and click Next.


  1. On the next screen, click Submit to submit the video for processing.

  1. On the Zuddl dashboard, a banner shows if a session recording is being processed in your Parmonic account.


  1. You receive an email notification after the video is processed and available on your Parmonic dashboard.

  1. After a video has been uploaded, you can see the 'Edit in Parmonic' option in Zuddl for the particular Zuddl recording.

You can click on the 'Edit in Parmonic' button to access moments and other features in your Parmonic dashboard.
