Are There Limitations and Restrictions to What I Can Put on Parmonic?

The Titanic had the iceberg. Superman has kryptonite.  And right in line with those incredible entities, Parmonic too has a couple of limitations.

File Upload Limits

When uploading to Parmonic, please be aware that there is a 4 hour cut off.  If you have an all-day conference, a cricket match or some other super long-form file, we recommend simply breaking it into parts, which also adds the perk of allowing us to work on each piece simultaneously, getting your project processed even faster.

File Types

Parmonic currently supports only .mp4 files, so if you want to upload something different, you should simply convert it.  In the absence of that possibility, simply reach out to your account manager or help@parmonic.com and we can help get you exactly what you need.
