Downloading a Moment

To take full advantage of most social media video platforms, you'll want to make sure your video begins playing AUTOMATICALLY.  In order to do this, you'll need to first download the Moment video from Parmonic, and then upload it natively onto whichever social media outlet you desire.

1. Choose the video from which you want to pull a Moment for social media use.

2. Click on the Social button

3. Select the Moment you want to feature and click DOWNLOAD

4. This will bring up download options

  • Download only the video (.mp4 file)

  • Download only the subtitles (.srt) file

  • Or download both

     

5. Then simply upload your Moments, like you would any other video
