Creating a Moment-based Storyline for Your Webpages

To create an attractive, engaging key-moments version of a long video or webinar for your webpages, you can follow the steps below.

Step 1: Go to Parmonic's Home Page and choose your video.

Step 2: Click on WEB under the Key moments module to enter the web experience.

Step 3: Here, you'll select the Moment or Moments to include.  You may even include the full video. It appears below the moments on the left-hand side.

Step 4: Choose your preferred visual layout.

For more customization options, click on "More options" to the right of the Layout. You can choose from social media sharing options, placement options, and more.

Step 5: After you've chosen the best layout for your content, select the first tile to add any Additional resources. You can add up to three additional resources to the bottom of your landing page. There are two options to utilize Related Resources:

  1. Upload files into Parmonic - PPT, PPTX, DOC, DOCX, JPG, JPEG, PNG, GIF, PDF are supported.
  2. If your resource is a web URL, you can paste that URL in the steps below.

Fill in the details of your Additional Resource.

Additional resources can be anything with a link.  A sign-up page, a download link, a sales team calendar link....  Get creative!  This is your chance to embed CTA's that get results.

Complete this process for each additional resource up to three for each landing page.

Step 6: You can capture your audience with content and direct them to action with our In-Video CTA feature. To add an interactive CTA to your video:

Choose from an existing resource or add a new resource by following the steps listed above.

Step 7: Add speaker details

Include details like their name, title, image, and additional details in the Bio section, followed by links to their professional profile. Hit SAVE.

Step 8: Once you're satisfied with the layout, simply choose from the options.

Choose how to distribute your landing page.  You can link to a Marketing Automation Tool, get a direct link to the landing page, or click to COPY the WEB EMBED CODE so you can paste it into your landing page yourself.

If you want to customize your Web Widget colors and fonts, here's how you can do that.
