How to Change your Full Video Thumbnail

Your thumbnail is the first thing people see; A well-structured and designed thumbnail attracts the attention of the right audience and encourages them to click on it and watch the webinar.

It's also a great way to make a good first impression on your prospects. Here's how you can change your thumbnail in two simple steps:

Step 1: On the video dashboard, click on "Edit" at the bottom of the Full Video module

Step 2: Click on "Edit Thumbnail".

Step 3: Click on the CHANGE button

You will get two options to change the thumbnail:

1) Select from Video: Select the exact frame from the video to use as thumbnail by either playing the video and pressing pause OR clicking on the right or left arrow on the timestamp:

Finalize the thumbnail and hit CAPTURE.

You can then crop the frame or zoom in (using the mouse-wheel or with two fingers on your computer's touchpad) to adjust the captured image further.

Click on SAVE

b. Upload: Upload a custom image and hit NEXT.
